I love my Baxter boo products! I am very pleased with everything I have ordered. The products are well made, reasonably priced and the order arrived in a very short time.
First of all, love the name BaxterBoo. Not sure why when you love your furson, you say their name and add "Boo," but so many of us do. The prices seem very fair, but I find items on your website I don't find other places, so I'm guessing they're fair :) And that brings me to another reason I like coming here, such an interesting variety. Perhaps you don't have the largest inventory, but definitely a cuter and more unique selection than other places. Also, I like your website. In trying to describe why, the word that comes to mind is "clean." It's well-organized and not junked-up with a lot of unnecessary buzz words or funky characters. Oh, and what I REALLY like is that you don't have balloons opening constantly asking if I want to sign up for something. You ask once when a person is checking out, otherwise you leave us alone. IMO, those balloons are like shopping in a brick and mortar store with a person constantly asking if they can help you - so annoying. LOL - apparently I have almost 3,000 words still available. Sorry, but I can't imagine what I could possibly say to use so much verbiage.

I am excited to have found a page that has great options for clothes for my pupp, I usually use Chewys, but they do not have clothes, so I am excited to find functional outerwear for my dog.
I can always find what I am looking for at BaxterBoo. I have one dog that is odd sized (large chested) and short haired, but I can always find a coat to fit at BaxterBoo. Both dogs are thick-necked and need a Martingale collar. Many pet stores don't even carry them, but BaxterBoo always has a good selection. You make my life so much easier!
My tracking information never updated and I spent 15 minutes on hold waiting for a rep to say "it should come on time". Awful customer service

I love the products offered on BaxterBoo.. One possible update to make would be to allow more search criteria such as color once you're on the page. IE) leashes search criteria might be color, length etc....
I found out that the sizes described on the screen for me to place the order are different from the size on the item, coat in this case. My dog is small and following the size on the screen, it is too small. I plan to return the coat and order a different one. I believe BaxterBoo offers a big selection for all choices. I am a new customer so I am hoping to be satisfied when receive the new coat, then I will be ready to answer all appropiate survey questions.

WOW!!! Had a bit of trouble with the site during the ordering process so my expectations weren't high.but was I ever surprised when my order showed up in record breaking time. Truly, I'm not sure the transaction had cleared my account before it was on my doorstep. The dog boots were exactly as described. But I would recommend them more for mud than snow. I'll probably order some different ones for colder weather to protect my old saints paws.but these boots are perfect for the mud seasons and absolutely big enough for the giant breeds.

Great selection. I was interested in find the costumes of two things carrying something. As in the front legs on the dog are a person, and the hind legs are part of another and they are carrying something the dog wears over its back.

I recently purchased two walking harnesses for our Tenterfield Terriers, they are fabulous. Love the site, but some of the pictures are very limited. You should definitely consider putting up more pics of each product, as dogs are so different in shape and size, with the pics on you site it is very difficult to determine the fit of the item.

Would like more styles for larger dogs. I have a Boxer and it is hard to find her cute sweaters and coats due to her size. You were one of the few stores with larger sizes.
