Amanda Armstrong is not your typical pet owner. She has managed to starve seven (seven!) dogs to death in her Ontario home. Understandably, the presiding judge was filled with righteous rage and banned the 20-year-old mother of one from ever owning a pet again. She was also fined $1000.
Me? I'm wondering if the woman is fit to care for her own kid, let alone another pet.
