Ingredients:
Oatstraw: A nutritive and nervous system tonic. Contains a number of constituents which help balance lethargy and nervousness.
Chamomile: A natural, mild sedative with affinities to the nervous system.
Passionflower: A mild calmative, pain reliever, and anti-spasmodic.
Skullcap: A nervine herb from the mint family commonly used for jittery anxiety and nervous tension, excitability and restlessness.
Valerian: A safe, gentle herb useful for nervous anxiety. Can also help alleviate tummy upset caused by anxiety. NOT related to Valium in any way.
Directions:
Measure out the desired quantity of tea into a cup. Add about 1/2 cup boiling water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain if desired. Serve with food or The Honest Kitchen's Ice Pups Liquid Dog Treat.
