Spy Cat Caught Smuggling Cell Phones In Russian Prison

1

Russian guards noticed a cat scaling a prison fence and felt something was amiss. Upon closer inspection, it became clear something was taped to the ordinary looking black and white cat. This was no average cat, however. He was apparently enlisted to take cell phones and chargers to prison inmates.

What does one promise to a cat to get him to do anything?

Is the Internet, the playground of cute cats, simply a cover for felonious felines to coordinate complex plans for world domination?

And was this a copy-cat crime?

A similar incident happened in a Brazilian prison where a kitty was a courier of contraband items including saws, a mobile phone and charger, and drill bits.

What I am wondering is what happened to the cat once he was captured?
