Like the website and variety of items. Did find that quite a few items are sold out. May have spent more if availability of items permitted.

Apparently my 3 month old puppy is one of the few dogs that this product has no effect on. I sprayed it on our shoes, corners of some rugs and a few wooden baskets that he had taken an interest in. I will tell you this, it DEFINITELY is bitter as my husband and I have tasted it by accident. When you do use it, spray the item OUTSIDE and hold your breath! It'll waft into whatever room and into your mouth if kept open. My husband tasted it by accident after licking some food off his fingers... he had touched his shoe laces prior eating lunch. It took him a good 10 minutes to wash the bitter taste out of his mouth and off his fingers.

We are surprised that our puppy doesn't mind the taste! He's the kind that is like "Oh bitter flavor, interesting flavor... I'll keep on chewing it anyway!".
