My four fury companions and I put on shows for special needs children. Your selection of costumes is vast and your quality is very good. I have been pleased with everything that I have received. This enables my pack to go in well dressed and put on various presentations for these events. We have even made up our own stories with the various clothing items we have received along with classic stories already written. The delight in the childrens' eyes and faces is really very rewarding to see. They love the various characters that are presented to them. Prices are amazing! I too was looking for something for my dog when your website came up. I have a cocker spaniel, in the winter I spend so much time pulling little snowballs off her fur when she comes in out of the snow. Out of curiosity I wanted to see if they made snowsuits for dogs. I couldn't believe it, not only snowsuits, everything and anything I will ever need for her. Like everyone else, my experience with the process of ordering was very simple. Their boot selection, wow, that's my next purchase! I bought the full snowsuit with a hood, the hood and back legs unzip for the change of seasons. The quality was much better than expected -- it not only keeps her warm but no snowballs to pull off! I also bought an "adopt a pet" collar, fleece hoodie, sweatshirt hoodie (even has the pocket you would see on a real hoodie). They really do make you feel like you're part of their family, personally wrote thank you on my order also, even using my first name. You DON'T get that kind of customer service anymore. OK Amazing People at BaxterBoo! I just have to say...you were all I hoped and more when it came to returning a defective Zack and Zoey dog carrier. The zipper broke one day after I got it. I called and a wonderful representative (A female...Tina, maybe?) on the next business day to say she was shipping out a new one and to just return the defective one via prepaid shipping label. HOLY COW! You guys are AMAZING! I placed an order yesterday morning, and this morning it was already in my PO Box! This is my second order with you in a couple of weeks, and I'm SO impressed with the service and products. My dog is 7, loves to be outside and is starting to have alot of arthritis pain in her feet when it's cold. We live at 9000 feet elevation, so it's really cold, really often. I finally decided that even tho she's older and has never worn anything but a collar. it was time to try boots. I can't stand to see her suffer! I never thought she'd put up with that, but after putting on her Hot Pink Fleece-Lined Muttluks, she took a few awkward goose-steps, then took off running and bouncing around. She actually LOVES them! We took a long walk, then she stayed outside for a couple of hours and when I brought her in, her feet were actually warm. She also gets snow between her toes, so today we got the Muttluks Hot Doggers for warmer days and to protect her toes from the sharp rocks up here too. It was so fun to see her on the website, and I've sent the page to everyone I know (all dog lovers too) and have told them about your service, the quality and the prices....I was also pleased to find a local company!
