Fetch, Anyone?

main image

Let's Play!

Whether you play with a Chuck-It, a Wubba, or a simple tennis ball, fetch is a game for nearly anyone. Of course dogs love fetch so much that there are competitions for Frisbee dogs that happen world wide. If there were ever a competition for fetching the most tennis balls, Augie would take the gold!

The Record

Meet Augie, the world record holder for the most tennis balls held in the mouth by a dog at one time! In Dallas, Texas a star was born. Augie is a Golden Retriever and belongs to the Miller family. On July 6th, 2003 Augie successfully gathered and held 5 regulation-sized tennis balls in his mouth!

Go for Your Record

Of course the only way that the Miller family found out that Augie was able to accomplish such an amazing feat was by playing with him on a constant basis.  Be sure to take your furry pal out for playtime as often as you can! You never know, you may have a new world record holder on your hands!
