Tragic Events can have Positive Outcome

Bruno the Dog

Bruno lived with his owners on Long Beach, but after the hurricane tore through their home, his owners were no longer able to take care of him. Bruno was moved to Northwind Kennels in Westchester, and since his move to that shelter, hundreds of people have applied to adopt Bruno. The Siegels, a family from the area were the lucky ones that were chosen to adopt Bruno.

Northwind takes in dogs in need and works with several animal rescue groups. They also help in natural disasters and other times of need to give families a place to board their dog while they get back on their feet. If you are interested in adopting other pets, or would like to donate to help Northwid's rescue efforts, visit www.northwindkennelsny.com
