In case you didn't understand the "purrkour" reference. Don't feel bad. Neither did we.

Parkour is a method of scaling obstacles by launching from point A to point B in the most nimble and efficient way possible. It is both a mental and physical exercise considered to be an art form.

People who practice Parkour may use urban settings or even construction sites as obstacle courses to challenge their mental and physical prowess. The theory is that this kind of exercise sharpens the ability to adjust and conquer mental, emotional and physical challenges. 

Seeing Didga the cat perform her version of Parkour in these stunning video clips is a goosebump-provoking experience.

Knowing that Didga is a former shelter cat is inspiring as well.
