What's the difference between MVP Gold and MVP Elite?
Both tiers include rewards back, bonus rewards, early access to sales, and exclusive member-only deals. MVP Elite includes enhanced perks like free shipping on all orders (no minimum), an extended 90-day return window, and longer 365-day points expiration.
Do both MVP Gold and MVP Elite earn rewards?
Yes. Both tiers earn 5% back* in rewards on every purchase, plus bonus reward opportunities.
Is free shipping included in both tiers?

Yes, but with different thresholds:

  • - MVP Gold: Free shipping on orders over $49
  • - MVP Elite: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required
How do rewards work?
Members earn 5% back* on eligible purchases. Rewards are automatically added to the member account and can be applied toward future eligible orders.
When can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be applied to eligible purchases during checkout. Rewards cannot be applied to excluded categories such as pharmacy items, prescription or vet diet products, dropship items, clearance items, shipping, or tax.
Are there any exclusions?

Yes. Rewards cannot redeemed on:

  • - Pharmacy items
  • - Prescription or vet diet products
  • - Dropship items
  • - Clearance items
  • - Frequent buyer product purchases
  • - Shipping and tax
Can I earn rewards on Autoship orders?
Yes. Rewards can be earned on Autoship purchases. Choose to redeem on Autoship within your account settings.
Can I earn MVP rewards on Frequent Buyer Program products?
Yes. You can earn MVP rewards on Frequent Buyer Program products. However, MVP rewards cannot be redeemed on Frequent Buyer Program products.
Is MVP Rewards available to resellers?
No. MVP Rewards is not available to resellers.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Members may cancel at any time. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the 12 month membership term.
What happens if I return an item?
If an item is returned, the rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from the account. If rewards were used on the purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the applied reward value.
Can BaxterBoo change or end the program?
BaxterBoo reserves the right to modify or terminate the MVP Rewards program at any time.
What happens to my existing rewards?

You’ll keep all of your current rewards until they expire. You can view your expiration date anytime in your account.

Will my MVP Gold or Elite pricing change?

Yes. Updated pricing will take effect at your next renewal.
