How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

We just love this Jacket! The material is very high quality (lined with very soft water-resistant material). My dog is about 50 lb and 27.5 inch girth. I bought small size (instead of medium) because I prefer a snug fit. It doesn't cover all the way to its bottom, which gives more freedom to move. I like it very much so that I bought three.
better than sunshower

Material-wise this aira is better than sunshower. Sunshower is non-breathable (coated rubber) material, while aira is a water-resistant breathable material. The rear part has a elastic fixer (a rubber string) on each side which can be tugged into the dog's rear legs. So, the rear part of the rain coat doesn't flap (go upsides so that your dog gets wet).

The material is very lightweight. I like that it has a collar and the ability to wear a harness underneath, as it has an area on top to open and clip onto the harness below. I also like the elastic back leg straps to keep the coat from blowing back (I'm not sure Benny loves this as much as I do...) The only issue is that he is a boy dog and the chest cover goes right up to sensitive areas, so I'm not sure if it's going to get peed on or not. I haven't field tested this jacket yet. Overall, the quality is fantastic and all the little details are covered!

Only negative is that it's difficult to get the leash through the hole to the harness ... but that's what makes it more waterproof, so still give it 5 stars.

I like the neck extension that covers the collar area. The large size fits my malamute mix nicely. The elastic leg straps help keep the wind from blowing the back of the jacket up onto his back. This jacket is well-constructed and functional.

Rain Jacket is lightweight and perfect fit for my 120 lb German shepard. Didnt want him to be too hot--just dry here in rainy Washington state. Love the adjustable covered buckle fastners which is why I chose this rain jacket over other choices that had velcro.Lakota seems very comfy in it--keeps him dry--and can see him in dark with the glow stripes.Very easy quick on--off and adjustable for perfect fit.
