How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).
Enhance the fit, upgrade the performance, and improve the comfort of your dog's Boots with a comfortable set of liner socks.
Curved "claw box" follows dog paw anatomy
90% Polypropylene/10% Spandex
Why We Love It:
The Ruff Wear Dog Boots are already amazing outdoor dog boots. The Bark'n Dog Boot Liners by RuffWear make them even better! These sock liners for dog boots wick moisture, dry quickly, and provide comfort and stretch for your dog. The curved "claw box" follows dog paw anatomy and minimizes bulk inside the boot. A tapered cuff keeps the boot liners in place and the spandex allows for stretch to fit in multiple sizes. Set of 4.

We actually purchased these as heavy duty socks for our dog who has allergies causing him to chew his paws heavily around certain times of the year. We love these socks because they are sturdy enough for him to wear outside to protect his feet from the allergen, or just for masking one foot when he has one specific paw he is obsessing over licking.
Excellent quality socks!

These socks are well-made and water resistant. They are great to go underneath the RuffWear dog boots for extra protection from the cold. All RuffWear products are outstanding, and this is no different.

I love the material and that they came in a large size. My dog has big paws so I was so happy to find something that fits him. Definitely quality! And yes, we have snow in VT, and we will have a White Christmas!

These are not just boot liners that someone thought would appeal to the over indulgent pet owner (thus increasing the manufacturers revenue). They make putting on their boots so much easier, for you & your pet. They (Ruffwear) use the same workmanship & materials that are on high-end "Human Item's" while still taking into consideration the season it will be used in & overall comfort & safety for your pet. Their "Customer Service Department" is a walk through the past (they will go out of their way to help anyway possible so their product is understood & utilized to its fullest potential). Their pride stems knowing that they are not just a representative working for a line of pet products, but that they represent the overall "Best" product on the market. I'm on a fixed income, EVERY penny is accounted for & necessity is the key for ANY purchase. Ruffwear IS a necessity!

These Ruffwear liner socks are good quality. They are not as thick/padded as some other dog socks, meant to serve as liners inside booties. But they will work well as socks, too, for when a full boot coverage isn't needed.
Nice boot liners

I like the Bark'n Dog Boot Liners by RuffWear. As with all Ruffwear I have purchased in the past, these are well made and consistent in size and quality. Work well if you have a dog with dew claws as the boots won't rub right against the dew claw with the socks on. Seem to stay up well.

It was surprisingly easy and affordable! Was jokingly looking at dog clothes for my roommates' dog and saw the graduation discount and the already affordable prices and couldn't not get something.
