How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).
Your dog will be sure to blend in and cuddle through cool nights in these adorable pajamas!

At first, my 13-year old Toy Manchester Terrier didn't know what to make of pajamas, especially getting her into the back legs. But she loves them on a chilly night and wouldn't even get out of bed to finish a bowl of cereal left for her!
The pajamas are super soft and cozy. The print is really cute on her. The pajamas are very well made and thought out in terms of fit and getting in and out without a zipper or velcro.
At 13 pounds, my dog takes a large because of her deep chest, 18", which fits just right with room to move around.
I received the pajamas a week after ordering, with no problems.
I can see a second set of pajamas in her future.

This product is the best! It has a back neck metal ring to hook the leash to. Also a front neck smaller metal ring to hook the dog tags to. I have two dogs and I bought two different sizes, large and XL. The XL dog needed some adjustments but I have been sewing for 50 years. I needed to take a tuck to make the length shorter, and I needed to make a tuck to shorten the front legs length. Overall I just love this product. And my hairless Chinese crested girls do too.
