How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

Chase loved his bow tie and cuffs for New Years! He likes for the stuff he wears to match his personality and we all think it did as well :-). It was easy to put on but loose enough that he could move around comfortably.

The collar and bow tie were great and good quality. However the cuffs were terrible as in poorly made (stretched out elastic and a button cufflink was broken in the bag). Such a shame because this is such a formal but fun look if better made

This is cute for a photo session, but my bichipoo ate the button off a cuff immediately. The ease of putting the collar & cuffs on the dog makes it convenient for dressy pictures.

collar fits well. cuffs are too big. they need more adjustable Velcro. I will adjust myself - or not use. He will wear it to a wedding.

Tim's Testimonal (Via Email)
I was a bit slow this year to order a new jacket for my three year old, eighty pound, black lab. I think he has stopped growing. I was very impressed with the inventory selection available online. Unfortunately most of his size jackets were sold out. But by the size chart there were a few of one style left that would fit him. When the product arrived and was fitted, it was a few inched short in length. There was just enough webbing to fit his girth. But the jacket just fits. I do a lot of woodwork. So maybe I was measuring to perfectly. I needed just two inched more in length for the jacket to be perfect. Once again, just, just enough webbing for the girth. So maybe the elastic webbing that runs under his thigh to position the jacket there is a bit to tight. But maybe not.
