How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

I've been a Cosmetologist for 14 years. I love all the Bed Head line by TiGi! I use it at home on my own hair as well as at work. I was soo excited when I found out about TiGi making hair care for pets! Their products are ph balanced for skin & hair so it won't dry them out. This product is a wonderful way to keep your pet smelling fresh and it doesn't contain alcohol which a lot of the pet perfumes & colonges you will find do have as a number one ingrediant. This product will soften fur while giving a wonderful scent. Love the fact that now I can use the same brand of hair products I use on my pets as well. I guarentee once you try Pet Head Brand hair care for pets you'll be in love and did I mention my dog loves it too! * These are my honest opinions I've developed as a hair care professional by personally using these products on my pets. In no way shape or form do I work for TiGi, Bed Head or Pet Head Brand Companies, their partner companies, subsidiaries or advertising associates.
