How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

I bought this cool collar for my cat and it was super awesome till a week later at most it was starting to fray from his scratching. I wasnt too sure how well it would hold up to a cat, though it stated it was fray resistant. Its a nice collar but dont waste your money if your pet has sharp claws. 3 weeks later and its a wreck and I have to look for a new one. Guess ill try rubber or plastic...
Almost perfect cat collar.

I bought this collar for my husky orange tabby cat and it fits great. Super weight so it's not too heavy for him and the width is perfect. The images are clear and charming. The only complaint is in the description it stated it was fray resistant yet after a week it's already snaggy. Not sure what I'll do but I'm not going to get another one from this company (cool as they are) for my cats.
Fantastic collar for my cat!!

My tough guy orange tabby needed a new collar that wasn't break-away and could stand up to his grooming and outdoor lifestyle. I searched through lots and lots of selections and am super satisfied with this rabbit and lettuce, green snap buckle collar. It fit him perfectly, wasn't too thick or heavy and looks fantastic on him. I just knew that collars could be universal among dogs and cats when the brand and size is right. Thank you, Up Country. I'm a lifer :)
