How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

The disposable booties are the best. They stay on and keep our dogs paws nice and dry and clean when it's wet and muddy outside. It also protects their paws from salt on the sidewalks.

I just love these disposable booties. They are really easy to put on, if your dog will lay still for you as mine does. They last through several wearings. They are great insulators for my dog's feet. She won't go out in the snow without them.

My 5-pound pup hated the snow and ice after about 10 seconds because her paws would get so cold. I tried these on her hoping for the best. I expected her to walk funny or protest but she didn't even flinch! She acts like she doesn't have anything on at all and now she will walk on the snow and ice! It's great because they protect from the salt too! This is made it possible for us to go on walks in the winter. They are also great for hot surfaces in summer or spiky rocky surfaces. All around amazing product - I've had the same set for 2 years now - very durable as well!!

I've been buying these for at least the last 5 years and I love them. Peaches wears them when we go to hot, dry areas like the ones in Nevada. The booties feel much better than the pokey, prickly dried weeds in desert areas. It also prevents those terrible things from collecting between her toes. They can be a challenge to get them on, but it's worth the effort.

The harness I purchased was still too small for ny dog. I like the raincoat.
