I am very pleased with BaxterBoo. Very nice things. Pretty good prices. Customer assistance is good, but isn't there some place where I can bring up the chat window instead of having to wait for someone to ask if I need something. Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see it. I see the help tab, but to my knowledge that doesn't include the chat window. I did use it the chat feature on one of my previous orders and it took them so long to reply. I even asked if they were still there. I felt like they were chatting with multiple customers. Other than that I love BaxterBoo

Bad leash puns aside (my dog even groaned at that one), this is a really good leash for us so far. I've kept our Boxer puppy on a short leash since we adopted her (at 4 months) because I thought that was the best way to train her about boundaries while walking. At first she was a major leash chewer but that was resolved with her new obsession, carrying her frisbee with her wherever she goes. So, all in all, it was working out.

Now that she's a year old, I wanted to give her a little more freedom but she's got a lot of muscle at her chest and I was worried about the potentiality of pulling. So I was hoping this leash would cut down on the shock of that a bit and it has really done the trick. She's not a heavy puller but when she gets it into her head to do so, she's got a good amount of strength. However, most of the shock gets absorbed by the leash, which is wonderful.

It's also very well made as far as I can tell.
