How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

This rubit is a must have for all animals, because they all have to have a rabies tag , right ? Then they need a rubit , period . This pink rubit has the prettiest rhinestones, that are so sparkly, you can see your tiny little one coming from far in the distance, a hot pink glistening little yorkie that isn't bothered in the least by her charms, tags, or rabies licensed, thanks to rubit !

I ordered this in black for my male dog and was happy to find a girlier version for my girls. Love the pink color, heart shape, and rhinestones and it's great for holding all necessary tags!

This clip is sturdier than some of its competition. It is great when we want to switch from collar on our Chug Gidget to a walk harness so she always has her tags. It is also nice to pull tags off quickly if you wash your collars/harnesses. It does make the tags hang a little long for a small dog, but our Chug can still wear it without problems. She is 8 lb. Chihuahua sized.
