How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).

My son's dog, Gus, just loves this toy. He destroys everything, but not this toy. I did not think that it would be indestructible- but it is! Thanks

This toy is tough, but it did not interest our dog too much. She doesn't really play with this toy.

Both of our dogs love this toy, on their own and together playing tug-o-war. So far it seems indestructible. One of our dogs (Rottweiler mix) is a "heavy chewer' and usually destroys toys in 10 minutes. He has been carrying this one around for days. Great toy for tough dogs!

What an amazing toy for a large dog who loves to chew everything to bits! My dobermann loves this toy, we play tug of war with it and he sits quietly with it and chews to his hearts delight without any damage to it. Extremely hardy and durable, I bought another one for a friend's large dog too. Best toy at the best price!

Anyone who owns a pitbull knows how they love to chew. This toy is a great one. Kept him occupied for a long time. Hard rubber, so it's durable. Any other toy, he usually manages to destroy in a day. So, I would highly recommend this for large dogs who are tough on their toys.

Dog Loved It

I had a love/hate relationship with this toy. My dog absolutely loved it. He would chew on it for hours and for the first few weeks, it held up to his constant chewing. After a month or so, it started to flake off in pieces. While my dog was chewing on it, the blanket (or sometimes carpet) underneath him would have a red tint to it. Keep in mind, I have an English Bulldog. He drools excessively. I could literally scoop up the drool and red pieces with a spoon! I eventually took the toy away from him and replaced it with a Hurley bone toy. If you want to see picture proof of the mess he made, search for Goob in the Baxter Buddies and see his "beard."

This is a well made and very tough toy. Unfortunately it is very, very heavy. I'm afraid to throw it for fear I'll hit the dog in the head!!! And they don't care for it either. I should say my pups are 16 and 30 pounds. A larger dog may like this better.
