Feeding Guidelines

10 lbs or less: Inactive: 1/8–1/2 cup daily | Active: 1/4–2/3 cup daily

10–30 lbs: Inactive: 1/2–1 1/4 cups daily | Active: 2/3–1 1/2 cups daily

30–50 lbs: Inactive: 1 1/4–1 3/4 cups daily | Active: 1 1/2–2 1/4 cups daily

50–80 lbs: Inactive: 1 3/4–2 1/2 cups daily | Active: 2 1/4–3 1/8 cups daily

80–100 lbs: Inactive: 2 1/2–3 1/4 cups daily | Active: 3 1/8–4 cups daily

Puppies, nursing mothers, and working dogs may require up to 25% more than the recommended amount for active dogs.

Transition Instructions

Switch directly to Canine Caviar without mixing it with your pet’s current food. On the first day, feed half of the recommended daily amount, then move to the full recommended portion.

The Best


M dog has had digestive problems in the past and I am soooooo glad I found Canine Caviar because there are multiple protein sources available and he loves and eats every one of them. I alternate everyday and he is doing wonderfully well on Canine Caviar.

Great Product


I have an 8lb Papillon I rotate the protein base each bag, so my dog eats all the Canine Caviar flavors. He is two years old and has been on this brand of dog food since he was 10 weeks old, and has always been incredibly healthy, no skin or stomach or any other issues so far. He likes them all, but he seems most excited when it’s the herring flavor! I dog sit a Springer Spaniel occasionally and she has a VERY sensitive stomach and skin issues. She’s much better on a special fresh food diet, but once I ran out before her family was home, and they said to just feed her my dogs food. She had ZERO issues on it, switching cold-turkey too!
