How To Measure Your Dog's Paws!
Proper footwear fit is essential to a fun day out (or in). Here's how to measure your pet's paws...
With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.
While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Handy Tip: Try having your pet step on a piece of paper, then trace around the paw. Then, while your pet is off eating your houseplants or terrorizing the neighborhood, you can measure the traced outline in peace.
How To Measure Your Dog!
I have worked with the finest furry tailors in the world, and am here to share my bounty of knowledge. Here's how to measure your pet...
Measure from the base of the tail (where it connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar typically sits at the base of the neck, then follow up with a generous back scratch.
This is measured by giving your pet a
hug, during which you measure the entire circumference (all the way around) at the widest point of your pet's chest. This is typically right behind the front legs.
First, plenty of kisses. Then, measure the neck's circumference
(the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.
Important Sizing Note: The given measurements are the dimensions of the actual product, not of the pet they fit. After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck).
Get out and play with your favorite fetching Fido with our KONG® Dog Balls - the best bouncing and most durable dog balls on the market!
Perfect weight for throwing and retrieving
Made in the U.S.A.
Why We Love It:
Super-tough and durable KONG® Balls are superior, long-lasting natural rubber dog toys with plenty of exciting bounce. Made of 100%-natural rubber that withstands the roughest abuse dogs can dish out. These rubber balls provide dogs with hours of pure fetching satisfaction while protecting their teeth and gums.
The KONG Dog Balls are available in two sizes. The small is for dogs under 35 pounds, but if your dog is a power chewer, size up to the large! Be sure to get the appropriately sized ball for your pup to prevent your pet from swallowing or choking on this toy. Always use with supervision.
Our KONG Dog Balls are nearly solid rubber but they do contain a hole to lighten up the weight for easier carrying. This also allows for a bigger bounce and provides better air flow when your pup is carrying it in his or her mouth.
The KONG Dog Balls are not designed as a stuffable treat dispensing toy since the hole is rather narrow. For a fillable dog ball, try our Kong Dog Biscuit Ball or Classic Kong Hard Rubber Dental Dog Toys.

My American Pit Bull Terrier can have any tennis ball & most chew toys shredded in less than five minutes!! But a Kong ball will last him about a month & he constantly chews on it.

I love this ball for my pit bull. He loves to chew, but with this heavy, durable Kong ball, he has not been able to destroy it.
Best. Dog. Ball. EVER!

This ball is sturdy enough for the absolute toughest chewers!!! My baby also LOVES Grriggles Chompy Romper Balls but demolishes those in very short order. This ball is AWESOME because she can't destroy it - and it is also bouncy and heavy so I can throw it much further than other balls to TRY and wear her out! Worth every penny! I give it the highest possible recommendation.

I'm giving this toy a three not because it isn't durable, because it is, but because it does not keep my dog's attention very long. This is a VERY durable, dense ball. I purchased the large size for my English Bulldog. He doesn't like to sit and chew it because he can't break any pieces off of it (his goal is to destroy a toy). If your dog likes balls and you do not want him destroying them the first day you buy them, then this is the ball for you.
