Why We Love It:
Extreme conditions call for extreme gear! This Red and Blue Reversible Dog Snowsuit by Muttluks is designed for dogs to keep them warm and comfortable in severe cold weather conditions.

Those pesky and snowballs that accumulate on dogs with longer or curly fur aren't just annoying... they can be painful. Thanks to this well-made snowsuit, those icy clumps will be a thing of the past!

Short-haired dogs also need protection from the elements. Their fur is usually the thinnest on the legs and abdomen, so a dog snowsuit is the best solution for them.

This dog snowsuit is made in Canada (where they know a thing or two about winter) and they designed this with quality nylon reversible fabric with a polyester core for the ultimate protection. They've also included 3M Scotchlite reflective material at the neck for better visibility in low-light conditions.

A metal clip helps to line up the heavy-duty Velcro that runs along your dog's spine. The legs can be cuffed to accommodate dogs with shorter stature. Discreet openings allow for your dog to take care of their personal needs without sacrificing warmth.

Also available in reversible Yellow/Black.

Sizing Considerations:

Due to the nature of this full body snowsuit, it is imperative to take your dog's measurements. The chest measurement is the most important. Please allow 1 - 2" extra for fur and movement, as the measurements listed below are the actual sizes of the suit, not your pet.

For more sizing tips, please see our product closeup video above.

Ordered the suit in a size too big but reordered in a smaller size. Wish I had ordered the suit earlier in time for the correct fit before the blizzard of 2016 hit the DC area. We measured 27 inches when it stopped snowing! Hopefully the new suit should arrive soon. Customer service was very helpful in the return process and I really appreciate the track feature for delivery. The suit is very well insulated and will do well in snow for full protection of my pampered little lady. A Wonderful Snowsuit

So not sure if I just don't know how to measure - which could very well be the problem. I ordered a 14 since that was what I thought he was - come to find out my dog doesn't like me measuring his back! Anyway - it was too big but the material and quality are amazing - which is why I am returning it but ordered a smaller size. We have a cabin which gets FEET of snow and having a little guy running around is hard. I'm going to sew shoes into the new snowsuit so his feet don't get cold too. I tried to find a snowsuit with shoes attached but have yet to find it.

I just adopted a Bichon Frise and brought him from sunny, warm California to the cold and snowy winter of Michigan. He has never been cold and never seen snow, thus the purchase of the Muttluks snowsuit. It has velcro down the back, making it easy to put on. It would have been perfect, but it was too small! Measurements: tail to neck, 13"; chest, 17"; neck, 11". Based on those dimensions I ordered a size 12, which was too small around his little body! So, I am returning it and buying a size 14. The snowsuit is so nice that if the 14 does not fit, I will return and buy the next bigger size.

Just got this suit and it is great. Living in Eastern Canada -25 Celsius today and just had a storm with 54 cm of snow. Couldn't wait for this suit to get here.ordered size 26 as it was only size left and though it would be to big , but except for front legs being a little long it is great and I will roll them up next time out. I have a 7 month old golden doodle which is 53 pounds. When I measured her she was 22 long and small size would have been best but glad I got this size as she has room to grow. Suit is well made and look great

This suit has been a salvation for our Goldendoodle during this cold and snowy winter in VT. It keeps him warm in sub zero weather. This suit is used on the sled dogs in Alaska, so we know it is made for cold and snow.

EX-CELL-ENT!!! The fit is perfect, due to the enclosed elastic, underbelly waist band. Legs are long enough for coverage AND smartly detail-designed for mobility. Full length velcro closure on top makes for lickety-split easy on & off. And it's reversible! Truly, like getting [2] different colored snowsuits for [1]. Top quality extreme-weather nylon parka material, that you find in high-end sporting goods stores, used through out. This is the 2nd yr. of the snowsuit and it still looks brand new. My dog has total freedom of motion and I swear, as soon as it's on her - she becomes SUPER DOG, as if she's wearing a Hero's Cape - and can't wait to get outside and romp! Thank you, Muttluks!

Just received by mail for my 9 year old Lhasa Apso Poodle mix dog! It is everything I was looking for to keep him warm and keep his little legs covered and free from the snow that sticks in his poodle hair and forms snowballs on his legs! He is small only 13 lbs I originally ordered the 14 inch but had to return for the 16 inch which fits good on back legs I have to put a cuff on front legs! I would definitely recommend this product and give it 5 stars!!

I had ordered the size 16 snow suit for my schnoodle, he has tall legs and med size body, thin. Weighs about 16lbs. The snow suit fits perfect on him. He loves it. He walks in it no problem, he runs in it no problem, and it keeps him warm. He is covered perfectly so he does not get snow balls all over him. he has room to go potty, both #1 and #2. The snow suit even fits on my Grandma's bichon who has shorter legs and same length body, weighs about 20, 21 lbs. alls my Grandma had to do was roll the front legs up slightly. She is too ordering two for her dogs.

This is a very warm jacket. Ordered the 14 and it was to small. Returned it and got a 16 and it fits great! Would recommend this jacket to a friend.

How WONDERFUL it is that Muttluk makes a snowsuit for the kids as well!! Very happy with the product and the price! We haven't tried them out yet.....but in couple of days we'll have our opportunity! Knowing what the booties are like though I seriously doubt we'll be disappointed =)

This suit is wonderful. It will keep your pet as warm and dry as the sled dogs they use in Alaska. When I heard this is a product made for Alaskan sled dogs, I knew I needed it for my golden doodle. Very well made.

If you have a long haired dog, or one who just loves to dive into snow drifts, this is the jacket to buy. I like the velcro closer and the extra metal clasp to ensure it stays on. We went out for hours in deep drifts and our dog came in dry (except for the very end at those paws) It is a little expensive but so worth it if you are in the snowy northern states. Buy a little larger ( you can cuff up on the legs) if you need a sweater underneath
