A Dry Food I Feel Good About Giving My Cats


I’ve been really happy with this RAWZ Limited Ingredient Rabbit Recipe dry food for my cats. While I know many people prefer wet food, my cats prefer dry food, so I’ve been trying to find an option with a nutritional profile I feel good about.

What stood out to me about this recipe is its low phosphorus content. At 0.50% minimum phosphorus, it's as low as prescription dry kidney foods. Since phosphorus intake is an important consideration for cats’ kidney health, this was one of the main reasons I felt comfortable choosing it.

I’m still encouraging my cats to eat more wet food, but for now, they get a combination of wet and dry. I don’t believe all dry food is necessarily bad—it really comes down to the ingredients and overall nutritional composition.

Most importantly, my cats really enjoy this food, and I feel good about including it in their diet.
