This shirt is very cute, and the size actually fits. I got XL in this one and it is perfect, but others I have gotten in that size are way bigger. So it is hard to judge what size you really need, because they do not run true to size. I am going to try to shrink the others. But you will like the shirt if you get it. I have a Shih-Tzu who is around 16 lbs. she you can judge size by that, and she might be a little over weight.
