Pet Medications via Vetsource
To fill your prescription orders, BaxterBoo has joined forces with Vetsource. Vetsource is a fully accredited, pharmacy-verified national pharmacy located in Portland, Oregon. Vetsource is fully licensed in all 50 states to properly handle and dispense pet related medications.

We partnered with Vetsource because unlike the other major online pharmacies, Vetsource is one of the only major pharmacies that partners directly with your vet. They acquire medications safely and directly from pharmaceutical companies.

Prescription medicines will come in a separate shipment directly from Vetsource's pharmacy in Oregon.
BaxterBoo is not a licensed pharmacy. Through our partnership with Vetsource, we're able to display the medications you need, and have them fulfilled and delivered through Vetsource, a fully licensed pharmacy with .pharmacy verification from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
If you have any questions about the proper use of a medication, if your pet experiences a side effect from using a medication, or if an error has occurred with your order, please call Vetsource to speak with a pharmacist at (855) 683-6050. Vetsource's pharmacists are available Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST and Saturdays 10am-4pm EST. If your pet experiences a health emergency, go to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic or call your veterinarian.

We are required by law to know your pet's medical issues, allergies, weight, breed, and age as it is necessary to ensure safety in dispensing prescription medications for your pet.
Yes, all prescription items require authorization from your vet. We will contact your vet on your behalf via their preferred communication method. In the event we don't get a response after multiple attempts of contacting your vet and 10 days pass, we will unfortunately need to cancel your order. If this happens, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
