Transition Instructions

When switching to Canine Caviar, do not mix it with your dog’s current food. Make a direct switch and feed 1/2 of the recommended daily amount on the first day. After the first day, feed according to the recommended daily guidelines.

These are the perfect small bite size for my xs senior dogs they’re picky eaters and they’re able to finish their meal.

Excellent source of Alternative Protein


As an owner of two large breeds, a Senior Pit Mix and a Young Dogo, I like to mix up their protein sources. This, along with Lamb, Duck and Chicken. They like all three, I do mix a half a bag of this with 1/2 a bag of the special needs chicken. Because it’s so low fat they tend to have extremely firm poops. Our dog who recently passed away struggled with all sorts of bowel issues- this food firmed everything up every time.

Great Product


I have an 8lb Papillon I rotate the protein base each bag, so my dog eats all the Canine Caviar flavors. He is two years old and has been on this brand of dog food since he was 10 weeks old, and has always been incredibly healthy, no skin or stomach or any other issues so far. He likes them all, but he seems most excited when it’s the herring flavor! I dog sit a Springer Spaniel occasionally and she has a VERY sensitive stomach and skin issues. She’s much better on a special fresh food diet, but once I ran out before her family was home, and they said to just feed her my dogs food. She had ZERO issues on it, switching cold-turkey too!

Food is life


The highest quality dry food on the market! Hachi the Wonderdog has eaten Canine Caviar his entire life and I’m certain it’s a key component of his outstanding health at 11 plus years old. Google “Hachi tiny therapy dog” and you’ll see some of his amazing story. And he’s as fit as he was then. I’d never switch his dry food from Canine Caviar.
