Feeding Guidelines

10 lbs or less: Inactive: 1/8–1/3 cup daily | Working: 1/8–3/8 cup daily

10–30 lbs: Inactive: 1/3–1 cup daily | Working: 3/8–1 cup daily

30–50 lbs: Inactive: 1–1 1/8 cups daily | Working: 1–1 1/2 cups daily

50–80 lbs: Inactive: 1 1/8–2 2/3 cups daily | Working: 1 1/2–2 cups daily

Puppies, nursing mothers, and working dogs may require up to 25% more than the recommended amount for active dogs.

Transition Instructions

Switch directly to Canine Caviar without mixing it with your pet’s current food. On the first day, feed half of the recommended daily amount, then move to the full recommended portion.

Canine Caviar is the best!


When there was no availability of the Canine Caviar Leaping Spirit, I had to come up with a Plan B. So far, so good, and my dogs love it!

My Lab loves this food!


At the recommendation of her breeder I have been feeding my 3 year old lab this food since she was a puppy. She gobbles it up every meal. She is very healthy and loves to chase balls and frisbees as much as I will throw them. I watch my son’s Boston Terrier on occasion and he was such a finicky eater that I started feeding him this food. My son has since switched to feeding his dog this food. The Boston also loves this food. In the 6 months the Boston has been on this food he has lost quite a bit of weight (he was quite overweight) and is much more active!

Healthiest affordable food closest to the nutrition of raw, in a kibble.


I have used canine caviar from the beginning due to the fact that it is alkaline based. I strayed from it once during pandemic. Never again. Within six months all six of my once healthy happy dogs, started getting sick. Two just died without warning and the third developed cancer and died within the year. I promise never to stray from it again. My three doggies I have left are now healthy and happy again.
