Return Policy:

If a consumer wants to exchange or return an undamaged & unused product that we have

shipped, the consumer needs to contact the retailer that they purchased the product from

requesting a Return Authorization number within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Once we have

been notified of a return request, Dynamic Accents will issue an RMA number to our customer,

which they can provide to the consumer to be noted on the package for return.
